Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer support across multiple channels: phone, email, and online chat
  • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with courtesy, professionalism, and promptness
  • Build and maintain positive, engaging relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Apply conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques to handle challenging customer situations effectively
  • Work independently while maintaining high service standards and company values

Job Requirements:
  • Native or business-level proficiency in Japanese, including spoken, written, and reading comprehension (JLPT N2 or above, required C1 level).
  • No English skill required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers professionally
  • Proven conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of customer interactions
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to resolve issues and exceed expectations
