Finance Executive

Our client is a well-established group of companies seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Executive to join their finance team. • Handle daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes across multiple group companies to ensure timely monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliation and bank reconciliation with accuracy and attention to detail
• Support the preparation and timely completion of financial reports, year-end closing, and management accounts
• Monitor operational cash flow closely to ensure the company maintains sufficient funds for business and operational needs
• Maintain organized and efficient filing systems to meet audit and statutory requirements
• Collaborate with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, government authorities, and bankers as needed
• Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

• Highly organized with strong analytical and systematic thinking abilities
• Detail-oriented with a cost-conscious mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong team player with a dynamic and mature personality
• Confident and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong Mandarin proficiency for customer-facing interactions
• Full Set Accounts experience is essential
• Demonstrated expertise in bank and balance sheet reconciliation
• Integrity and meticulous attention to detail in all financial matters
• Ability to start immediately is advantageous
