Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, payroll, employee benefits, performance management, training, disciplinary matters, and offboarding.
Develop, review, and maintain HR policies, procedures, employment contracts, and other HR documentation in compliance with applicable employment laws.
Prepare and maintain job descriptions, performance appraisal systems, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and career development frameworks.
Administer payroll, statutory contributions, leave management, and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare HR reports, manpower planning, and workforce analysis as required by Management.
Provide HR advice and support to Management and department heads on employee relations and HR matters.
Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and other applicable labour legislation.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

Possess at least a Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum five (5) years of relevant working experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist role.
Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
