We are FIND Talents, an HR consultancy specialising in recruitment. Simply put, we help our clients find people. With a large, bright, and green open office in the business hub of Kota Damansara, we have hosted interns from universities across Malaysia and beyond: HELP University, Sunway University, Victoria University College, Taylor's University, MSU, UOW KDU, and more.
Our interns have come from all over: Malaysians, and international students from Japan, Korea, Indonesia, and Thailand. We don't look at what you studied. We look at who you are.

HR & Recruitment
Work directly on live mandates: sourcing candidates, screening profiles, and building shortlists for real client searches.
Business Development
Support our BD team in identifying prospects, researching target companies, and helping grow our client base.
Research & Administration
Help build the data infrastructure behind our searches: compensation benchmarks, industry maps, and internal reporting.
What you will actually do
Sourcing & Talent Mapping
Identify and attract candidates for live roles using job boards, LinkedIn, and community channels.
Candidate Screening
Sit in on candidate calls and learn to evaluate profiles against hiring briefs, an essential skill that takes time to develop.
Client & Market Research
Research industry sectors, company landscapes, and compensation benchmarks to support active searches.
Shortlist Preparation
Build candidate summaries and shortlist decks that go to clients. Your work will be seen and used in real deals.

What to expect
A good fit looks like this
- Currently studying or recently graduated, any discipline welcome
- Genuinely curious about people, careers, and what makes someone good at their job
- Comfortable communicating in English; Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, or another language is a bonus
- Based in or able to commute to Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya
- Available for a minimum of 3 months
