Gaming Support Representative - Korean Speaking

Job Description

  • Resolving and answering contacts from the players
  • Reading and understanding logs for item restorations
  • Use all resources at hand to provide the most epic gaming support experience
  • Collaborate closely with specialized points of contact of the Player Support team to achieve the best outcome
  • Managing account and billing-related issues
  • Answering for in-game inquiries
  • Proactively being involved in the most recent updates regarding this specific gaming industry


Job Requirements

    • Education and Specific Training: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma
    • Work Experience: More than 1 year of experience in Customer Service/BPO/Gaming Support will be preferred

       

    Exceptional writing skills;

    • Fluency in the assigned language (minimum C1) and English, written and verbal (minimum B2)
    • Passion for the online Gaming Industry (MMORPG)
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Creative and out-of-the-box thinking
    • Strong team player
    • Eager to do deep research to resolve any given issue
    • Having critical thinking when presented with a yes/no decision
    • Experience with different PC game Launchers and online Gaming (Game console knowledge is a plus)
    • Positive attitude towards challenges and day-to-day changes

  • Working Place: Kuala Lumpur, G Tower
  • Working Time: Mon-Sun (Rotational Shift), 9 AM-6 PM
