Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
•Handle complex and critical escalations from BPO partners with thorough investigation and root cause analysis
•Provide comprehensive solutions and guidance to BPO partners to resolve customer issues effectively
•Deliver exceptional support to end-users via phone calls and email with professionalism and empathy
•Analyze support cases to identify trends and potential solutions for continuous improvement
•Propose and implement improvements to support policies, procedures, and logic to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
•Maintain professional communication standards using advanced keigo (polite Japanese) in all customer interactions
Job Requirements:
•Native level Japanese proficiency - both spoken and written
•Business level English proficiency for international communication
•Proven experience in call center or customer support specialist roles
•Demonstrated understanding of Japanese business etiquette and professional workplace conduct
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills suited for international business environments
•Professional-grade keigo (polite Japanese) skills in speaking and writing
•Proficiency with IT systems and devices including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and standard office technology
•Fast typing speed and familiarity with keyboard shortcuts for efficient operations
•Customer-centric mindset with commitment to user satisfaction
•Ability to work 24/7 rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays
