Software, Senior Engineer

• Design and develop software, control systems, and hardware for automated machines and high-precision equipment
• Create and optimize die bonder equipment, including machine control logic, system integration, and performance enhancement
• Develop and maintain machine control applications using Visual C++, Visual C#, and VB.NET
• Execute application integration testing, validation, and prepare comprehensive technical documentation
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into effective, technical solutions
• Provide software and hardware support to customers, including troubleshooting and evaluation of modification requests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate hardware-software interfaces and ensure system functionality, reliability, and peak performance
• Define and follow software development processes while supporting hardware qualification activities
• Plan and manage assigned technical tasks and projects to meet quality, cost, and timeline requirements
• Prepare and maintain proper engineering documentation, standard operating procedures, and technical guidelines
• Provide extended technical support when required to ensure customer satisfaction
• Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, preferably in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering with Second Upper Class Honours or above
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience with proven hands-on contribution to complex systems or equipment development
• Strong capability in software programming and electronics/electrical design
• Proficiency in Visual C++, Visual C#, and VB.NET
• Experience in designing and developing die bonder equipment
• Knowledge of semiconductor processes or IR technology (advantageous)
