Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Monitor project planning activities and support the project manager in developing comprehensive project schedules, tendering processes, and interior fit-out coordination
  • Maintain strong liaison with clients and vendors to track and control project schedules, costs, timelines, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with designers and subcontractors to follow up on technical drawings, submissions, completion letters, and delivery processes
  • Perform and monitor all budgeting activities and expenditure control management to ensure financial efficiency
  • Manage site operations, coordination meetings, and safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment
  • Prepare detailed daily and weekly reports and meeting minutes using Microsoft Office applications
  • Resolve site issues promptly by leveraging strong interpersonal skills and analytical problem-solving abilities

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree from a recognized educational institution
  • Proven working experience in renovation, project management, and coordination roles
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and interior design drawings
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD software
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Solid understanding of building interior contractual terms, laws, and Malaysian regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as project requirements dictate
  • Capability to work independently under high-pressure schedules
  • Strong team player with a collaborative work attitude and mindset
