Sales Coordinator Executive

Job Description

  • Generate debtor statements and outstanding invoices in PDF format.
  • Verify debtor balances with DCR records before sending to customers.
  • Follow up on payment status and update DCR remarks accordingly.
  • Record unanswered calls and customer feedback in DCR.
  • Forward payment proofs and receipts to the Payment Group upon receipt.
  • Confirm customer orders (price, quantity, model, and size).
  • Check pricing against approved price lists and previous quotations before responding.
  • Verify stock availability before confirming orders.
  • Send Sales Orders (SO) and Customer Purchase Orders (CP) accurately.
  • Forward confirmed orders to the Sales Order Group.
  • Export DAR reports and identify potential business opportunities near customer locations.
    Support efficient route planning to improve productivity and reduce costs.


Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a coordinating, customer service, or workshop coordination role (tyre or automotive industry experience is an advantage).
  • Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Excellent coordination skills and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced workshop or service environment. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and perform well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills in EnglishBahasa MelayuMandarin and Cantonese.
  • Willing to work at Shah Alam.
