Job Description
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver marketing initiatives on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis, with ongoing performance tracking to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Design and roll out integrated marketing strategies covering product launches, brand campaigns, content marketing, and digital initiatives.
- Oversee social media strategy, including content planning, scheduling, and engagement, to strengthen brand presence across regional markets.
- Organize and manage marketing events such as conferences, seminars, exhibitions, roadshows, and partner-led activities to drive visibility and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and support sales materials such as brochures, pitch decks, presentations, and case studies to assist business development efforts.
- Maintain consistent and compelling brand messaging across all channels and markets.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to stay informed on trends, assess positioning, and identify growth opportunities (e.g., grants, incentives, or partnerships).
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns.
- Travel as required to support regional activities, events, and business initiatives.
- Take on additional marketing-related responsibilities as needed to support overall company objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5–6 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within a fast-moving or regional business environment.
- Solid knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, and campaign execution.
- Strong organisational, planning, and project management capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in budget planning and financial oversight is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to guide and manage teams.
