Job Description
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding.
- Design and execute long-term talent acquisition strategies that support overall business goals.
- Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels, including digital platforms, professional networks, and industry events.
- Manage recruitment activities including initial outreach, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Work closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, align expectations, and ensure successful hiring outcomes.
- Serve as a company ambassador by delivering a positive, transparent, and engaging candidate experience.
- Effectively communicate and promote the organization’s employer brand and value proposition to attract top-tier talent.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year in recruitment.
- Excellent communication skill and high sense of responsibility.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and perform well under pressure.
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.
