Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
•Deliver engaging product and knowledge training programs for new hires to ensure they hit the ground running
•Conduct upskilling sessions for senior customer support staff to enhance their capabilities and career growth
•Evaluate trainee performance against clear metrics and implement targeted actions to boost results
•Maintain high-quality training delivery that aligns with company operational standards
•Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, and HR to design and optimize training initiatives
•Design and facilitate training using modern delivery methodologies that maximize learning outcomes
Job Requirements:
•Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Training, Learning & Development (internal or external programs)
•Native-level proficiency in Japanese (required)
•Business-level fluency in English (written and spoken)
•Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
•Formal L&D certification or qualification from a recognized training or educational institution
•Proven expertise in training design and delivery methodologies
•Strong classroom management and facilitation skills
•Excellent communication and coaching abilities
•Experience in BPO, call center, or similar fast-paced environments (preferred)
•Valid Malaysian Work Permit (2 years, renewable)
