我们是 FIND Talents，一家专注招聘的人力资源咨询公司。简单来说，我们帮客户找到合适的人。我们在 Kota Damansara 商业中心有宽敞、明亮、绿意盎然的开放式办公室，接待过来自马来西亚各地及海外的实习生：HELP University、Sunway University、Victoria University College、Taylor's University、MSU、UOW KDU 等。
我们的实习生来自各地：马来西亚人，以及来自日本、韩国、印度尼西亚和泰国的国际学生。我们不看你学了什么，我们看的是你是谁。

直接参与真实项目：找候选人、筛简历，为实际客户搜寻建立候选人名单。
Business Development
协助我们的业务拓展团队识别潜在客户、研究目标公司，帮助扩大客户群。

协助建立我们搜寻背后的数据基础：薪酬基准、行业地图和内部报告。

使用招聘平台、LinkedIn 和社区渠道，识别并吸引适合在职职位的候选人。
Candidate Screening
参与候选人通话，学习根据招聘简报评估候选人资质，这是一项需要时间培养的重要技能。
Client & Market Research
研究行业板块、公司格局和薪酬基准，为活跃搜寻项目提供支持。
Shortlist Preparation
编制候选人摘要和候选人名单，提交给客户。你的工作会在真实的商业交易中被看到和使用。
