Job Description
- Plan and promote corporate incentive tours, anniversary events, and overseas company trips
- Identify and pursue new tourism-related projects and other corporate travel opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to generate repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver customized travel solutions
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets (KPI: RM1,000,000)
- Contribute to business development initiatives beyond tourism (approx. 30%)
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients
- Participate in client meetings and site visits when necessary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our Corporate Team, focusing primarily on tourism-related sales and business development. This role plays a key part in driving revenue through corporate incentive tours, overseas company trips, and event-based travel projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about travel, results-driven, and capable of building strong relationships with corporate clients.

Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- At least 5~10 years of sales experience, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry
- Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel locally for client visits
- Strong interest in travel and event planning is essential
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
