Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough background verification checks and investigations in both Japanese and English
Communicate with upper management and corporate clients via outbound calls and professional emails (B2B service)
Prepare detailed and accurate reports based on verification findings using strong English writing skills
Conduct research using professional-level keigo (polite Japanese) in both spoken and written communication
Utilize Google Workspace and Microsoft Office platforms to manage and document verification data
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and professionalism
Demonstrate customer-centered mindset throughout all client interactions

Job Requirements:

Native-level fluency in Japanese with expert command of keigo (polite business Japanese) for speaking and writing
Business-level English proficiency with strong writing, research, and reporting capabilities
Deep understanding of Japanese business etiquette, customs, and professional conduct standards
Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably gained in Japan (preferred but not mandatory)
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, typing speed, and keyboard shortcuts
Strong interpersonal and communication skills suited to international business environments
Excellent problem-solving abilities and high stress tolerance with flexibility to adapt
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work set hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM MYT (with flexibility for client requirement changes)
Valid Malaysian Work Permit for 2-year duration
Availability to pass mandatory drug testing upon joining
