Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer service inquiries and complaints from Japanese customers in Japan via phone calls, email, and chat
  • Provide professional and courteous support using appropriate business Japanese (Keigo) in all interactions
  • Work rotating 24-hour shifts across multiple time slots, with flexibility to adapt to operational needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently with strong problem-solving skills
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high service quality standards
  • Use company IT systems and tools including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office platforms

Job Requirements:
  • Native-level Japanese language proficiency (speaking and writing)
  • Professional-level command of Keigo (polite/formal Japanese) in both spoken and written communication
  • Basic understanding of Japanese business etiquette and professional conduct
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and genuine care for customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable with IT systems and devices, including Google platform, Microsoft Office, and keyboard shortcuts
  • Fast typing ability with proficiency in blind touch typing
  • Flexibility and high stress tolerance for 24-hour operation environment
  • Quick learning ability and adaptability to new processes
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts across all days of the week (Monday-Sunday, 8 hours plus 1.5-hour break)

Basic salary: RM8,000 per month
Performance-based KPI bonus: up to RM370
Shift allowance: up to RM1,200
