Solution Architect

• Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud architectures based on customer requirements.
• Serve as a trusted technical partner throughout the customer journey—from initial discovery and solution design to deployment, operations, and continuous improvement.
• Offer consultative expertise by translating complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of the latest cloud innovations and contribute ideas to strengthen OneCloud’s solutions and service portfolio.
• Work collaboratively with sales, business development, and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with both customer needs and business objectives.
• Assist with technical operations and account management activities as directed by the Business Development Director.
• Maintain excellence in technical documentation and ensure high-quality solution delivery.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Professional certifications (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Azure, etc.) are an advantage.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure design, or technical consulting.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS), networking, storage, security, and automation frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to support regional clients effectively.
