私たちはFIND Talents、採用に特化した人事コンサルティング会社です。簡単に言えば、クライアントのために人材を見つけるお手伝いをしています。コタ・ダマンサラのビジネスハブに広々とした明るい緑豊かなオープンオフィスを構え、マレーシア全土および海外の大学からのインターン生を受け入れてきました：HELP University、Sunway University、Victoria University College、Taylor's University、MSU、UOW KDUなど。
インターン生はマレーシア人だけでなく、日本、韓国、インドネシア、タイからの留学生も受け入れています。専攻は問いません。人柄と意欲を大切にしています。

実際のプロジェクトで直接作業：候補者のソーシング、プロフィールのスクリーニング、実際のクライアント検索のショートリスト作成。
Business Development
BDチームをサポートし、見込み客の特定、ターゲット企業の調査、クライアント基盤の拡大を支援します。
Research & Administration
採用活動を支えるデータインフラを構築：給与ベンチマーク、業界マップ、内部レポート。
実際に行う業務内容
Sourcing & Talent Mapping
求人サイト、LinkedIn、コミュニティチャンネルを活用して、現在募集中のポジションに適した候補者を特定し、アプローチします。
Candidate Screening
候補者との通話に参加し、採用ブリーフに基づいてプロフィールを評価する方法を学びます。これは時間をかけて磨く必要がある重要なスキルです。
Client & Market Research
進行中の採用活動をサポートするために、業界セクター、企業状況、給与ベンチマークを調査します。
Shortlist Preparation
クライアントに提出する候補者サマリーとショートリストデッキを作成します。あなたの仕事は実際の取引で活用されます。
