The company manages multiple point-of-sale locations and works with experienced logistics partners to deliver exceptional service. They are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join their growing operations team and play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and inventory management across their business.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Process and manage all sales orders in the ERP system across multiple point-of-sale locations with accuracy and efficiency
Execute stock transfers between locations and ensure proper documentation and tracking
Generate comprehensive weekly reports on confirmed orders and submit to relevant stakeholders
Handle returns processing from initiation through to goods receipt, maintaining clear records and communication
Monitor and update inventory shortages, identifying missing SKUs for weekly out-of-stock reporting
Track and follow up on delivery lead times continuously to ensure on-time order fulfillment
Manage market returns end-to-end, issue credit notes daily, and report all transactions
Prepare and analyze monthly performance reports for logistics partners
Communicate shipment details to all relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
Prepare, verify, and process invoices, e-invoices, import duties, and tax calculations
Conduct physical stock takes on a need basis and travel as required
Support ad-hoc administrative tasks related to order processing, inventory management, importation, and logistics

Job Requirements:

Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong knowledge of logistics operations including Incoterms, customs regulations, transportation, and related processes
Demonstrated experience with ERP systems and order management platforms
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and discrepancies
Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking capabilities
Customer service-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellent stakeholder relations
Meticulous approach to documentation and reporting
Dedicated and committed professional with strong work ethic
Willingness to travel occasionally for physical stock audits
