Sales & Customer Service Agent

We are looking for Sales & Customer Service Agent to strengthen customer engagement by promoting the company’s products and ensuring a smooth, high-quality customer experience while managing daily operations efficiently. It also involves supporting internal workflows through effective systems, training team members for consistent compliance with SOPs, and maintaining accurate, timely reports.

Job Descriptions

• Engage with customers professionally, promote company products and services, and support sales and marketing efforts.
• Work as a team to deliver excellent service and manage daily operations to meet customer needs.
• Handle phone, email, and walk-in enquiries promptly while supporting management requests.
• Assist with company programs, support instructor pilots, and help with marketing campaigns.
• Maintain the premises and equipment in good condition, represent the company professionally, and take on additional duties when required.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduate in Bachelor's Degree.
• Proficient in English.
• Proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese will be an added advantage.
• Willing to relocate to Singapore.
