Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Activities Support
- Provide end-to-end support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle, including client meetings, presentations, quotation preparation, price verification, sourcing, showroom coordination, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Accompany sales personnel during client meetings and site visits when required to understand customer requirements, operational needs, and project expectations, enabling effective sales coordination and customer support.
- Assist in sales initiatives, including exhibitions, events, customer engagement activities, and networking sessions.
- Ensure the sales team has access to updated sales resources, including price lists, product catalogues, proposals, material samples, and marketing kits.
- Continuously develop product knowledge to provide accurate information and effective support to customers and the sales team
Sales Operation
- Update project progress and customer information regularly in the CRM system and prepare sales reports.
- Monitor and follow up on key sales activities, including payment status, production progress, shipment schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of sales activities, customer information, and project updates.
- Support cross-functional teams in coordinating projects and customer requirements.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
- Customer Service
- Coordinate customer claims and service requests by liaising with production teams, monitoring resolution progress, and keeping customers and sales personnel informed.
- Handle basic customer enquiries, complaints, and claims, and escalate complex issues to the relevant sales personnel for further action.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external clients, contractors, designers, architects, vendors, and production partners to ensure smooth coordination and project execution.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and support customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock availability for furniture products.
- Manage showroom and office sample inventory, including tracking the movement of furniture samples, chargers, and other display items.
- Coordinate showroom arrangements and ensure product samples are properly maintained and available for customer presentations.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 of working experience in sales support, sales coordination, or a related role.
- Basic understanding of furniture products, materials, specifications, and project coordination will be an added advantage.
- Strong coordination skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, designers, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
- Proactive, responsible, and customer-oriented with a positive working attitude.
- Willingness to attend client meetings, site visits, and exhibitions when required.
