Job Description

    Learning & Development Strategy

    • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders across diverse industries (MNCs, GLCs, SMEs) to develop tailored learning and development frameworks that address organizational needs.
    • Design and refine curriculum and training materials to enhance leadership competencies and team effectiveness.

    Content Innovation & Delivery

    • Continuously enhance training content to ensure an engaging and effective learning experience.
    • Stay updated on emerging learning technologies and methodologies to improve learner engagement and meet evolving client expectations.

    Facilitation & Learner Engagement

    • Leverage strong interpersonal skills to create an interactive and trust-based learning environment where participants feel motivated and open to learning.
    • Adapt communication styles to engage with professionals across all organizational levels effectively.

    Account & Portfolio Management

    • Oversee and manage key client accounts, including both new and existing partnerships, ensuring long-term collaboration and business growth.
    • Handle the profit and loss (P&L) management for the L&D portfolio to drive sustainable success.

    Learner Experience & Training Impact

    • Support the full learning journey, ensuring that training is seamlessly integrated into the overall employee development experience.
    • Implement strategies to reinforce knowledge retention and application beyond the classroom.


Job Requirements

    Level of education

    • Minimum Bachelor degree, major in Psychology, Mass Communication or related field

    Experience

    • At least 2 years experience in training / L&D
    • Presentation and facilitation experience
    • Hands on experience in a leadership role
    • Business Development and client facing skills would be an advantage
